Subject: Thank You & What’s Next for Surge 12U –Tryouts, Development, and the Future

Dear Surge 12U Families,

First and foremost, thank you for an incredible season. Your support, your athlete’s commitment, and the culture we’re building together is something special. Competing in four 12U Open tournaments as an 11U group wasn’t easy, but it was intentional and it laid the groundwork for what’s coming next.

As we prepare for the upcoming season, our focus is clear: continued development, deeper role clarity, and the creation of three structured teams Elite, Gold, and Black. These teams will reflect each athlete’s current readiness and help position them for success long term.

We ask that all returning players attend tryouts. Not only are they an opportunity to showcase continued growth, but they also help us set the baseline for evaluating new athletes. Your child sets the tone for the kind of player we want at Surge advanced, competitive, and coachable.

Our mission is to become a respected organization known for developing players who are ahead of the curve mentally, and fundamentally. That journey continues now.
