Baseball Fall 2025 Season

No Refund Policy Agreement By enrolling your child in the Surge Baseball program and agreeing to pay either in full or through monthly installments, you are committing to a full-season agreement. This policy is in place to ensure the commitment and continuity needed for your child’s participation and development in the program. 1. Full Commitment: By making payment, whether in full or through an installment plan, you agree to the financial commitment for the entire season. No refunds will be provided for any payments made, regardless of early withdrawal or dismissal from the program. 2. Responsibility for Full Payment: If you choose to withdraw your child before completing the season, you are still financially responsible for the full program fees. All unpaid balances will be due in full at the time of withdrawal. 3. Legal Action for Outstanding Balances: Any unpaid balance remaining after the agreed payment schedule will be subject to legal action. Should the matter be taken to court, any additional costs incurred, including but not limited to legal fees, court costs, and collection agency fees, will be added to the payee’s outstanding balance. By accepting offer, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, understanding that this commitment is for the entire season, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
